Simple and easy to digest advice. Thank you for sharing it, Richard.

Love the advice about taking accountability. I think that when you are publicly accountable of something with deadlines and all, you become more dedicated to finish the work at your best.

That's a good hack to beat procrastination!

Excellent summary, Richard. I found a helpful side of Procrastination, though. 😃

I used to start lots of side projects. Then, after some time, I stopped and felt guilty about not continuing them and not building them up to their full potential.

However, I think I wasn't deeply interested in building those projects in the first place, and even if I continued, it would be more "forced" work than something I enjoy doing, and that is beneficial for me. This is how my procrastination helps me filter what side hustles I pick or where I invest my free time.

I think I can relate, I have been in that situation too before. But I felt bad for not completing those side projects because of the positive effect it would have had on my career.

My believe is that “the more projects I do, the better I become.”

Sometimes, I just have to discard stuff that wouldn't have that much effect on my career to prioritise stuff that has more potential.

Not every project is equal.

You are right, giving priority to things that has more potential is the best not just anything that comes to mind.

I will try channel my energy towards that. Many thanks
